Use any biscuit recipe you’re fond of. We went for a chocolate biscuit to match the hue of the traditional pud. Once your biscuits have cooled after baking, get your Cake Décor White Choco Writer ready by simply heating the tube in hot water and snip the nozzle to start decorating. You want to make it look as though it’s dripping down the biscuit as the icing would on the pudding.
