Make Up Instructions for Cake Mix
400ml Vegetable Oil Required
- Makes approx. 140 cupcakes
- Makes approx 8 x 8″ sponges (one sponge = 333g mix, 166g water, 45g oil)
Place oil, water and then the cake mix into a bowl, whisk for 2 minutes on slow.
Scrape down the bowl and whisk for a further 8 minutes on a fast speed.
Bake at 180-200°C for 20-25 minutes.
Frostings: Ready to go, simply stir and use! Spread or pipe onto your cooled cake or cupcakes!
- 400g tub enough frosting to cover and fill an 8” cake or frost up to 12 cupcakes.
- 1.5kg tub contains enough frosting to cover and fill 4 x 8” cake or frost up to 45 cupcakes.
Vanilla Frosting Ingredients
Sugar, Water, Vegetable Oils (Palm, Rapeseed), Glucose Syrup, Potato Starch, Modified Maize Starch, Emulsifiers (Mono- & Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids), Salt, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Flavouring, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Colour (Lutein).
Vanilla Cake Mix Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Sugar, Whole Egg Powder, Egg Albumen Powder, Vegetable Oil (Rape), Skimmed Milk Powder, Raising Agents (E450(I), E500(II)), Emulsifiers (E471, E475, E481), Thickener (E415), Flavouring.
