Make Up Instructions
- Makes approx. 100 cupcakes (12 cupcakes = 576g mix, 288ml water)
- Makes approx 8 x 8″ sponges (one sponge = 400g mix, 200ml water)
(These instructions are intended as a guide and may require adjustment to fit individual conditions)
Mix ingredients altogether in a bowl, and whisk for 2 minutes on slow.
Scrape down the bowl and whisk for a further 8 minutes on a medium speed.
Bake at 160 – 180C for 40-50 minutes.
Frostings: Ready to go, simply stir and use! Spread or pipe onto your cooled cake or cupcakes! One 1.5kg tub contains enough frosting to cover and fill 4 x 8” cake or frost up to 45 cupcakes.
