Please note, before placing an order you will be asked to agree to the terms by clicking on the “I accept” button (placed at the end of the terms and conditions), then you agree to the terms and conditions which will apply to any contract between us for the sale of any products from our website.
Further, you warrant that you: (i) are 18 years of age or older (or you have accepted the terms with the knowledge and consent of a responsible parent or guardian); (ii) are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and (iii) have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with the terms, you must not click the acceptance button and you may not purchase any products from our website.

If, for any reason any of our products do not reach you in good conditions, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Your purchases are covered by our money-back guarantee of satisfaction. Please inform us of any problems within 7 working days of receipt of an order – this period commences the day after the date the products are received.
Please e-mail us for a resolution to your problem. We will endeavor to reply within 5 days.
We can accept cancellations provided the order has not been dispatched. If the order is cancelled we will issue a refund within 30 days. Cancellations must be in writing to [email protected] All cancellations will be confirmed by Sprinkles & Co for your peace of mind.
3. Delivery of Goods
We will dispatch all orders to the delivery address provided by the purchaser. We will not be held responsible in any way if an incorrect postcode or delivery address is given by the purchaser. We will not refund postage or pay compensation for any goods as a result of an incorrect address.
When ordering please provide a delivery date and we will endeavor to deliver as close as possible to that. If you do not provide this information we will deliver your order as soon as we have the item in stock and will email when your order has been dispatched. At that point you are responsible for accepting delivery of your order.
We reserve the right to impose a surcharge retrospectively for any balance should an incorrect delivery zone be selected, i.e. UK Mainline selected for a Highland & Island destination. If the customer is unsure of the correct delivery zone please contact [email protected] for clarification. Our delivery guarantee is limited to actual requested delivery address not individual recipients.
Our products are delivered throughout United Kingdom using UK Mail and the Post Office. Our customers will be emailed when products are dispatched and a tracking number supplied. Customers can view the progress of their order by logging into their account and viewing their order against the tracking number supplied.
- Minimum order of £35 is required for website to process orders.
- All orders before 12 noon will be despatched on the same working day where possible.
- All orders after 12 noon will be despatched the next working day where possible.
- Please note that any orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday.
- All orders received under 2 kilos will be delivered (by Royal Mail) up to 3 days (max.) from day of despatch.
- All orders received over 2 kilos will be delivered (by Fed-Ex) next day delivery after despatch
- All orders received of significant size will be booked onto a pallet.
- VAT is inclusive in all shipping charges.
All goods remain the property of Sprinkles & Co until all payments are paid and cleared in full.
Some products may contain nuts, milk and other allergen. Please refer to the labeling on goods supplied.
We reserve the right to substitute items of similar or greater value if, for any reason those stated are unavailable. We will always try to be as close to a product as possible.

All prices quoted are subject to change.
All prices include all taxes.
6. Payment Terms
Payment may be made by Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, or PayPal.
Sprinkles & Co collects information: name, address, delivery address etc. to process your order and deliver the highest customer service possible. We will never sell or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons.
We will never email you with marketing material unless prior consent is given. We will be sending out newsletters keeping you up to date with new decorations, products and any upcoming special offers etc.
